CryptoStratum is an educational project focused on understanding the structure of cryptocurrency markets. The educational programme is led by Fernando Piqué Torres, who has more than twenty years of experience in financial markets.

His career began in traditional markets, trading commodities and stock indices, before moving into the digital asset ecosystem.

Over the years, he has developed an approach based on structural market understanding, risk management and the development of coherent analytical methodologies for decision-making.

CryptoStratum was created as a way to share this knowledge through a structured and educational approach.

Over the years, this work has involved investors who already had experience in financial markets but needed to understand the specific workings of the crypto ecosystem: exchanges, security, asset custody, market cycles and concepts related to risk and exposure.

Today, this knowledge is shared through one-to-one training sessions focused on understanding how digital asset markets actually work.

CryptoStratum’s technology area is managed by Gustavo Piqué Torres, a partner in the project and responsible for the technical infrastructure related to the crypto ecosystem. His role focuses on areas such as how exchanges operate, digital security, asset custody, wallets and the technological infrastructure required to use these services safely and effectively.

The combination of Fernando’s experience in financial markets and Gustavo’s technical expertise provides a comprehensive educational approach covering both market structure and the infrastructure on which the digital asset ecosystem operates.

The name CryptoStratum reflects this philosophy.

In geology, a stratum is a layer within a deeper structure.

Something similar happens in markets: what we see on the surface — price, news or social media — is only a small part of the system.

CryptoStratum approaches the market as a series of layers to be understood progressively, from technical infrastructure to the application of an analytical methodology.
